Desktop MyHex Desktop

MyHex Desktop is a visual workbench for local case analysis and digital forensics. It brings case creation, evidence intake, forensic image and mobile report import, preprocessing, evidence browsing, search filters, and result review into a single auditable workflow. Original evidence, local paths, and case content remain on the local machine. Ingestion, preprocessing, and analysis require user confirmation; only controlled status and aggregated results are provided to models or assistive components. MyHex Desktop supports the desktop workflow from evidence intake to structured processing and result review, and works with MyHex CLI, MyHex TUI, and MyHex Agent.

TUI MyHex TUI: a conversational terminal for local digital analysis

MyHex TUI is the terminal interface for MyHex Agent. Analysts can describe a task in natural language; the system turns the request into fixed, auditable MyHex CLI skills, then runs mobile report, E01 image, database, WeChat metadata, and other digital analysis workflows after local confirmation. Original evidence and local paths do not enter the model conversation. In local deployments, MyHex TUI can run MyHex CLI plugin workflows through Ollama and Qwen3:4B, reducing the risk of exposing sensitive data to cloud services.

Agent MyHex Agent: bringing AI assistance into the case workflow

MyHex Agent is not a general chatbot or a shortcut for writing documents. It is a local assistant for case analysis, case-file review, and digital investigations, helping analysts turn complex materials into executable and reviewable workflows. Original evidence remains on the local machine; cloud models receive only the minimum desensitized information confirmed by the user. Like a desktop forensic tool, MyHex Agent invokes MyHex CLI workflows under local control to keep digital evidence review within a controlled process.
